Can I book and pay on this website?

No. There is no payment page and no card is stored. Enquiries end with a written quote; you pay at the counter, by UPI or by bank transfer to the account on your invoice.

Can you guarantee my visa?

No, and nobody can. The decision belongs to the mission. We will tell you honestly whether your file is strong before you spend on embassy fees.

Why do I have to go to Delhi for my visa?

Gurugram falls under the Delhi consular jurisdiction, so the visa centres and embassies are there. You travel only for biometrics or an interview; we do the filing and collection.

What does SK Travels charge for a visa?

A service fee per applicant, stated before we start: from Rs 2,750 for an e-visa to Rs 6,500 for a US file with a mock interview. Embassy fees are passed on at actuals with receipts.

We do not charge for a visa we do not file. If your destination needs nothing more than a form you could fill in ten minutes, we will say so and send you the official link.

The uncomfortable part

Refusals happen, and they cannot be appealed.

About one file in twenty-five that we lodge is refused. We publish that because anybody advertising "100% success" is either turning away every difficult applicant or lying about the ones they lost.

Embassy fees are never refundable. They belong to the government, not to us.

If we believe a refusal was wrong on the documents, we review the file and re-lodge it at half our service fee.

If we believe it was fair, we will tell you what to change and when to try again, usually after a smaller trip that builds travel history.
